PVC rigid sheet extrusion line

PVC rigid sheet is mainly extrusion traction and stretch forming. The equipment consists of twin screw extruder, die, three roll calender, cooling unit and winding device.

After mixing, heating, melting, moulding, pressing, cooling, winding and other processes, PVC sheet with thickness of 0.1mm-1mm. can be used for furniture, cabinet, roof lamination, also can be used for edge band of furniture.
