PVDF Film Extrusion Line

PVDF film is made by casting and stretching. It has many advantages: such as high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, high aging resistance, good thermal stability, flame retardant(less smoke), UV radiation and nuclear radiation, strong shock resistance, weather resistance, high mechanical strength and toughness, prevent mould sex.

Main application

1.PVDF Solar Back Board Film: it is used for solar back board, to protect battery piece, it has good aging resistance and abrasion resistance.

2. PVDF Decoration Film:it is used for the protecting the glass, wall, advertising board and so on. It has good aging resistance and abrasion resistance.

3.PVDF Filtering Film: it is used for the purification of water, and it can be divided into two types, one is ultrafiltration film and the other is microfiltration film, it is mainly used for sewage treatment and seawater desalination, remove macromolecule, bacteria, sand, salt and other impurities.

4.PVDF Piezoelectric Film:it has many advantages, such as wide frequency response, large dynamic range, high sensitivity of power electricity conversion high mechanical properties, acoustic impedance matching and so on.
